Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving item. Item must be unopened and still in original package as received.

Any item that has been opened or attempted to be installed will not be accepted, unless approved by 4×4 Customs

Any item to be returned must be approved by 4×4 Customs. Please contact us via email and state the reason for return. Return freight is to be paid by the customer.

Any item that is be exchanged due to incorrect selection or simply change of mind, the customer is to pay return shipping to 4×4 Customs and shipping cost to send out replacement item.

Items returned for a refund will incur a restocking fee of 20% + freight. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Any item deemed faulty by 4×4 Customs will be either repaired or replaced. All items are covered by the manufactures warranty.
